Anabranch Plus works with contracting authorities and suppliers operating in London to deliver employment pathways, skills programmes and peer mentoring that meet PPN 026 requirements with participants drawn from London communities.
Why London matters for social value
London accounts for a disproportionate share of central government contract spend. It also has some of the highest rates of economic inactivity, long-term unemployment and reoffending in England. PPN 026 creates a direct mechanism to connect that spend to the people who need it most — but only when the delivery is credible, local and evidenced.
What we deliver in London
Our London programmes run across all 32 boroughs and the City. We work in partnership with probation services, prisons, local authorities and community organisations to reach participants where they are.
Employment pathways from custody
Structured pre-release and post-release employment support for people leaving London prisons, including Pentonville, Wandsworth, Brixton and Wormwood Scrubs. Participants receive CV support, employer introductions and in-work mentoring.
Community rehabilitation employment
For people on probation or community orders across London probation regions. We work alongside probation practitioners to identify employment-ready participants and move them into confirmed jobs.
Skills and accredited training
Vocational training, digital literacy, financial capability and business mentoring delivered in community venues across London boroughs. All programmes are structured for KPI reporting against the PPN 026 Skills outcome.
Peer mentor co-facilitation
Lived-experience mentors based in London co-deliver every programme. This generates volunteering and skills development outcomes for the mentors themselves, creating a second layer of social value evidence.
Evidence that stands up to scrutiny
Every London programme generates an outcome data pack structured for contract evaluation: participant numbers, progression milestones, employment confirmations and social value monetisation using HM Treasury Green Book methodology where required. We provide this in the format your contract manager needs, not a format we find convenient.
